Vintage Magnetic Indicator Stand, Sears Craftsman 9 38908 w/ Dial Indicator
Both magnetic indicator and dial indicator are both in very good working condition. Although the dial indicator is made in China, it is surprisingly  decent quality and repeats very accurately.
