Returns and Claims Policy
Returns are accepted within the specified period, normally 15-30 days.
Returns must be unopened, unused and its original packaging and original attached tags, labels, etc.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Returns must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order and received by us within the allotted time frame of either 15-30 days.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Shipping Fees on Return items are non-refundable
We do not accept returns on clothing, cosmetics, personal accessories, used/vintage items & Jewelry.
If your item arrives damaged, you must message us with pictures of the original carton/packing materials along with the item for our records.  Damaged items must be reported within 5 days by messaging us.
