Mercedes-Benz 200-Series. Silver paint and red interior.1963 4 door coupe. New muffler and battery. Has sat a lot for the last 20+ years (us and the previous owner). I drive it around town just fine, all the gears are smooth, brakes are great and the engine is strong but it struggles to idle without the choke so it needs a tune up. Always garaged. We purchased it as a project but cancer had different ideas so it needs to go to the next good home. The suspension is so awesome on this car...I can't believe how SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE it is! Has a nice Pioneer radio and 150 watt speakers which all sound amazing. I took close up photos of the few areas that a see a little paint bubbling and the one side light that has damage. No accidents and parts are in the trunk and included with the vehicle, including a brand new side mirror. Lot's of original manuals as well in the glove box. I do see that a couple of knobs are not on the dash and I don't know what they are/were. The original red interior is really nice. The front two seats have lap belts. I did see some small tears on the driver's seat but they don't bother you when you're sitting on it. Rear side chrome is loose or not installed on one side but there's a piece in the trunk. The headliner is nice. I see some chips in the paint. I see a crack in the dash. I see some damage where the wood part of the dash meets the windshield. The glass is all nice. I have spare keys. It's fun to drive around...people will wave and everyone wants to talk about it. No telling what the actual mileage is.
The car is 58 years old people, so it's sold as is, where is. I took a lot of photos and listed everything that caught my attention. Please call or write with any specific questions you may have. I'm more than willing to talk or get a close up photo of something you want to see better. You can either pick up in person or arrange and pay at your expense the shipping of the vehicle. I sold one other vehicle on Ebay about 20 years ago and that went just fine so I'm hoping this will go just as smoothly. Thank you for considering the vehicle...much appreciated. If you're going to send a cashier's check, please understand that I will still need to wait for my bank to tell me it has cleared before the vehicle can be picked up. Thank you for understanding!
